Website Design and Development Process
Project Overview

This project focused on the UX/UI planning and subsequent web development of a website for a plastic surgeon, with the goal of retaining patients.
Research Phase (UX)

My main focus was on the user experience (UX). I began the project by conducting thorough research to understand the needs and expectations of patients seeking plastic surgery services. I used techniques such as benchmarking and auditing other websites to gain a detailed understanding of the category.
Information Architecture Design

Based on the collected data, I designed a clear information architecture. I ensured that navigation was intuitive, allowing visitors to easily find the information they were looking for and access the services offered by the plastic surgeon.
User Interface Design (UI)

I developed an attractive user interface using tools like Balsamiq and Figma. In Balsamiq, I created wireframes to define the basic structure of the site, while in Figma I designed high-fidelity prototypes to represent the final design. I made sure to consider design and behavioral biases to avoid negative influences on the perception and usability of the website.
Web Development

During the web development process, I used modern technologies and best practices to ensure optimal performance and a smooth experience on the website. I implemented a responsive design so that the site would adapt to different devices and screen sizes, providing a consistent experience across all platforms.
Optimization (UX/UI)

Additionally, I optimized the site's loading time and overall usability, making sure that the visual elements and content were balanced and presented attractively.
