| As a UI designer, I have had the opportunity to conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research to understand their needs and behaviors, enabling me to determine the information architecture of the digital products I have designed. Furthermore, upon receiving project requirements, I have presented solutions and improvements to deliver the desired user experience. As a result, I have designed user flows and wireframes to gain a clear understanding of the interaction users would have with the products. As part of my UI role, I have created user interface design prototypes, visual designs, and conducted usability testing for client websites.

| I developed all the websites in the company, including both institutional and client websites. I created websites for internationally recognized personalities such as DR Wagner, Legado Wagner, Silver King, Mil Muertes, and others. I utilized WordPress for some websites, implementing E-commerce functionality and running campaigns for optimal performance. For others, I used HTML5 with frameworks and CSS management, while also designing landing pages for campaigns. Additionally, I managed databases, controlled hosting panels, and provided solutions for domain issues, SSL, MySQL connectivity, and other technical and visual aspects.
| I developed digital marketing campaigns for various digital channels, focusing on lead generation, sales, quotes, and B2B dynamics. The social media campaigns were highly successful, generating leads, likes, sales, views, visits, and customers in each of them.
| I managed, administered, and created campaigns on Facebook with over 400K followers. I also developed a Facebook launch strategy from scratch, which resulted in reaching over 100K followers at its peak. I edited and published videos that achieved 4M views. I handled messages, follow-ups, customer loyalty, and inbound marketing on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The number of followers increased due to the success achieved in digital media, as well as promotions, special videos, or dynamic content reaching up to 2M views and over 100K reach per post.
